Warsaw | March 24, 2026
Three Seas Business STEPS 2026 is a high-level conference dedicated to shaping the strategic future of the Three Seas region. Taking place on March 24, 2026 at Airport Hotel Okęcie in Warsaw, the event will convene business leaders, investors, policymakers, regulators, and international institutions to address the most pressing economic and security challenges facing Central and Eastern Europe.
The conference focuses on three strategic pillars:
- Energy Transformation – with particular emphasis on nuclear energy (including SMRs) and digital infrastructure powering the AI-driven economy,
- Finance & Investments – mobilizing capital for large-scale infrastructure and innovation,
- Defense & Security – strengthening resilience, industrial capacity, and international partnerships within the NATO framework.
In the context of accelerating geopolitical shifts, technological disruption, and rising defense commitments across Europe, STEPS serves as a platform for strategic dialogue and actionable business cooperation. Discussions will address artificial intelligence, space technologies, critical infrastructure protection, cross-border supply chains, regulatory alignment, and new financing mechanisms designed to unlock long-term growth.
The programme features keynote speeches, expert panels, and dedicated Business Case Panels presenting concrete investment cases, commercial models, and partnership opportunities across high-impact sectors.
The conference will be preceded by a closed-door High-Level Dinner on March 23, 2026, bringing together selected decision-makers for strategic exchange ahead of the main event.
STEPS is designed not merely as a conference, but as a business and investment platform — where policy meets capital, innovation meets industry, and regional cooperation translates into measurable economic outcomes.
The conference will be held exclusively in English.
