The Three Seas Business Council (TSBC) is an independent platform for regional cooperation among private enterprises, public institutions, civil society organisations and regulators across the Three Seas Region. Beata Daszynska-Muzyczka
She previously served as President of the Executive Board of BGK, Poland’s development bank, and as the Presidential Ambassador - Special Envoy for the Three Seas Initiative. She was also a member of President Andrzej Duda’s International Affairs Advisory Board. Earlier in her career, since the early 1990s, she was active in the banking sector, also as a Member of the Board at Santander Bank, one of Poland’s largest commercial banks. She is the member of the Council of the Medical University in Wrocław, and Member of the Board in Atlantic Council.
Paweł Nierada
Together with Ms. Daszyńska, he was one of the principal architects behind the creation of the Three Seas Initiative Investment Fund and served as a Member of its Supervisory Board. Earlier he has been active in investment and development banking since the mid-1990s, holding senior positions at leading institutions including Credit Suisse First Boston, NM Rothschild, Deloitte, and Erste Bank Group, both in Poland and internationally.

H.E. Georgette Mosbacher
American diplomat, entrepreneur, and philanthropist. She currently serves as co-chair of the Three Seas programming at the Europe Center of the Atlantic Council. From 2018 to 2021, she served as the United States Ambassador to Poland, becoming the first woman to hold this position. During her tenure, she focused on strengthening transatlantic relations, advancing security cooperation, and supporting strategic infrastructure development across Central and Eastern Europe. She was a strong advocate of the Three Seas Initiative, promoting it as a platform for economic and infrastructure cooperation in the region. Mosbacher has also supported efforts to increase investment in the Three Seas region, including cross-border energy, transport, and digital infrastructure projects, while encouraging private-sector engagement and stronger cooperation between partners in Europe and the United States. For her contributions to Polish-American relations, she was awarded the Grand Cross of the Order of Merit of the Republic of Poland.
H. E. Andrzej Duda
Andrzej Duda is a lawyer and Doctor of Laws who served as President of the Republic of Poland from 2015 to 2025. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University, where he was also professionally affiliated for many years as an academic and lecturer. Throughout his public career, he has also served as Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Justice, Undersecretary of State in the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland, Member of the Polish Parliament, and Member of the European Parliament. During his presidency, he was actively engaged in matters of security, transatlantic cooperation, and strengthening Poland’s position in Central and Eastern Europe. He was also one of the initiators of the Three Seas Initiative, launched together with President of Croatia Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović during a meeting of regional leaders held on the margins of the United Nations General Assembly in New York in 2015.
H.E. Akio Miyajima
Japanese diplomat with over four decades of experience in international affairs. He served as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Poland (2020–2024) and previously as Ambassador of Japan to Turkey (2017–2020). During his tenure in Poland, he played an active role in strengthening Japan–Central Europe relations, supporting economic cooperation, strategic dialogue, and engagement with the Three Seas region, particularly in areas such as infrastructure, investment, and regional security. His diplomatic mission coincided with a critical moment for Europe following Russia’s aggression against Ukraine in 2022, further reinforcing cooperation between Japan and partners in the region. Throughout his career in Japan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Miyajima held several senior positions, including Director of the Oceania Division, Director of the First North America Division, Minister at Japan’s Permanent Mission to the United Nations, and Deputy Director-General of the Foreign Policy Bureau and Ambassador in charge of UN Affairs.
