Launch of the Three Seas Business Forum 2025 Summary Report

On the 10th anniversary of the Three Seas Initiative, we proudly present the Three Seas Business Forum 2025 Summary Report – the first publication of its kind capturing the highlights and outcomes of the Three Seas Business Forum.

The report reflects the discussions and conclusions of the jubilee edition in Warsaw, which gathered ten Heads of State, government leaders, over 60 experts, and hundreds of business and investment representatives. It confirms the Initiative’s role as a presidential format of cooperation and a strategic force shaping Europe’s cohesion and transatlantic ties.

Covering topics from energy security, digital transformation, and transport to innovative financing, Ukraine’s reconstruction, and the space industry, the report also underlines the role of the Three Seas Business Council (TSBC) as a hub for cross-border cooperation and investment.
