The Three Seas Business Forum 2025, held on 28–29 April at the Hilton Warsaw City Hotel, gathered a record number of participants and reaffirmed the growing importance of the Three Seas region as one of Europe’s key engines of development. The event brought together more than 650 business leaders, government officials, investors, and experts, representing 36 countries, along with 10 Heads of State—making it the largest business forum in the history of the Three Seas Initiative .
Strategic Context: The 10th Anniversary of the Three Seas Initiative
This year’s Forum accompanied the 10th Jubilee Three Seas Summit. As emphasized by Beata Daszyńska-Muzyczka in her preface, the Forum reflects the full maturity of the Initiative, whose impact now reaches far beyond its original infrastructure-focused mission. Today, the Three Seas region is emerging as a platform for economic, technological, and investment cooperation, as well as a pillar of Europe’s geostrategic resilience .
President Andrzej Duda, in his opening speech, stressed that building north–south infrastructure—energy, transport, and digital—remains essential for leveling development disparities between Central Eastern Europe and Western Europe. He highlighted that 140 strategic Three Seas projects and more than €80 billion in investments already form a solid foundation for future regional growth
